Arsenal Barbell 2018

The 2018 Arsenal Barbell Course is finally here!!! The Snatch and Clean and Jerk bring speed, power, coordination, and mobility to your strength training. While they are definitely the most fun lifts we do they also require the most technique. For those looking to improve these lifts, it is important to practice them outside of our daily programming. With that being said we are beyond excited to share with you the details of Arsenal Barbell!

What will this program look like?
This is a 6-week specialty course built to improve your technique and develop strength in the Snatch and Clean & Jerk.
Focusing primarily on:
-Clean & Jerk
-Snatch
-Squat Variations
-Accessory Work
-Pulls from our various positions
-Jerks and Presses from the rack
-Feedback from all of our coaches throughout the course

*Keep in mind this program is meant to focus on developing technique and strength so with that in mind there will be no conditioning pieces during the specialty course.

Saturday 8:00-9:00 AM

Session 2 (Limited to 16 spots) -UPDATE 2 SPOTS LEFT!

Saturday 10:00-11:00 AM

The cost for the program is $150 for members ($200 for nonmembers). Full or partial payment of $75 is required to reserve your spot. We are expecting these classes to sell out and will be announcing to the public tomorrow, so if you are interested make sure to let us know ASAP!
