Fast-paced, fun workout! It’s all about how well you can lift with an elevated heart rate. Athletes will complete the workout as individuals, but they will perform the workout in pairs. Athlete #1 will complete one round while Athlete #2 changes the weight for him/her, then they will switch.

RX PLUS

Four rounds, rest exactly two minutes between rounds:
As many rounds as possible in two minutes:
20x Double Under
1x Clean

Begin each of the four rounds at 225/155-lbs.

Increase the weight 20-lbs. per round of the AMRAP.

RX

Four rounds, rest exactly two minutes between rounds:

Begin each of the four rounds at 185/125-lbs.

Increase the weight 10-lbs. per round of the AMRAP.

FIT

Four rounds, rest exactly two minutes between rounds:
As many rounds as possible in two minutes:
20x Single Under
1x Clean

Begin each of the four rounds at 135/95-lbs.

Increase the weight 10-lbs. per round of the AMRAP.
