Today’s workout is designed to be performed as mini sprint efforts. In total, there are four efforts, separated by a 1min rest. We used a rep scheme that we think you will be able to maintain intensity with across the four rounds.

WOD Goal

For everyone, the goal is to perform each effort at 100%. The 1min rest, although short, is enough time to recover and go again.
