We love regular Nancy as a Workout. Once upon a time, the OH Squat portion of the Workout challenged people, and now, for most Top Athletes, the only way to improve their score is to run faster! By making it Heavy Nancy today, we have returned the focus to the OH Squat. We also replaced the run with a row because – winter.
Time to complete Workout.
For the majority of us, allow up to 20min to complete, but don’t go over this. Anything over this is too long and will fail to keep the intended stimulus.
10 Rounds for time:
30 Double unders
10 calorie Assault Bike
10 Pull ups (chest to bar)
NOTE: Goal is to finish under 20 minutes, and closer to that 15 minute mark. Consistency in those double unders will really pay off, can you complete all 10 rounds with no misses?
