Last one team! This one is definitely really deceiving. On paper it doesn’t look that bad, but 10 rounds of it adds up to a really brutal workout. That is a total of 90 Thrusters and 350 Double Unders! Also it doesn’t help to watch two VERY fit individuals perform it under 7min without breaking much of a sweat! That is not going to be the experience for most of us!

WOD Goal

For those who know they will need to break up the Thrusters early on, start of by being a little conservative. Maybe only do two rounds unbroken, then start breaking them up to 6 and 3 or 5 and 4. Stick with that same number for the whole workout. Have a breathing/counting plan for how much rest to take between those two sets and try stick with it the whole time.
