This Workout is yet another great test of Fitness! We practised it last year before the Open, so we thought it would be a good idea to repeat it again. The top scores for this workout were somewhere between 3-4+ rounds.
As many rounds and reps as possible in 14min.
The Muscle Ups are definitely the limiting factor/skill for this Workout, but metabolically, the combo of the Wall Ball and Double Unders really knocks people around. Expect the first round to be a lot faster than the next few.
