This Workout is really about the Rowing, with some skill/stability work thrown in there (Turkish Getup). It isn’t often that we program Turkish getups into a Workout, but since the Rowing requires such a high metabolic demand, and the time you will be Turkish Getup-ing is low.

Scoring

Total reps of Turkish Getups for the 3 rounds.

WOD Goal

The goal is to really hit the Rowing hard. Get the Calories done as fast as possible. Going from the Row to the Turkish Getups will, by default, slow down because the TGU can’t really be done with a lot of intensity. Also, there isn’t going to be a lot of time to get TGU’s done after you finish their Rowing, so each Round should be an all out effort.
