Upper body gymnastics bonanza today! Give those Hamstrings a break. We have yet to see Handstand Walks in an Open Workout, but this year may be a first! What do you think?

Time to complete the Workout.

WOD Goal

This is intended to be a fast Workout! Top athletes will be able to get it done around 5 min with everything unbroken. We expect that most of you will be in the 8-10min timeframe.

Beyond RXD

Every 4 minutes complete 3 rounds:
15 Wallball
15 Toes to bar

NOTE: Goal is to complete the 3 rounds of assigned work within the 4 minute cutoff. Continue until you are no longer able to finish the work within the allotted time. 16 minute cap, as we do not want any excessive volume.
