Descending reps are always fun. Intensity stays high because people feel like they have less work ahead as they finish each round, which can help with mindset.
Time to complete the Workout.
Make the goal to do all the Wall Balls unbroken. This will be challenging for most people, especially as they fatigue, but most of us often stop a few reps earlier than we need to.
On the minute for 20 minutes:
Even: 1 Back Squat (very heavy)
Odd: 1-5 Strict muscle ups
