2019 Arsenal Barbell

Cool mornings, pumpkin beer, and our annual Arsenal Barbell Course go hand in hand.  This year we are bringing you a new format which will include 2 classes per week, plus your choice of “X” amount of 30-minute one-on-one personal training sessions.

As you know, the Snatch and Clean and Jerk bring speed, power, coordination, and mobility to your strength training. While they are definitely the most fun lifts we do, they also require the most technique. For those looking to improve these lifts, it is important to practice them outside of our daily programming.  With that being said we are proud to announce the 2019 Arsenal Barbell Course is finally here!!!

What will this program look like?

This is a 6-week specialty course combining small group classes and personal training built to improve your technique, develop strength in the Snatch and Clean & Jerk, and correct individual flaws through one-on-one attention.

Focusing primarily on:

-Clean & Jerk

-Snatch

-Squat Variations

-Accessory Work

-Pulls from our various positions

-Jerks and Presses from the rack

-Feedback from all of our coaches throughout the course

*Keep in mind this program is meant to focus on developing technique and strength so with that in mind there will be no conditioning pieces during the specialty course.

When: October 8 – November 14

Session 1 (Limited to 10 spots)

Tuesday & Thursday 6:30-7:30 AM

Session 2 (Limited to 12 spots)

Tuesday & Thursday 10:00-11:00 AM

Session 3 (Limited to 12 spots)

Tuesday & Thursday 7:30-8:30 PM

COST:

Because of the new format to this years barbell course athletes will have the option to choose from three different tiers.

Tier 1-Group sessions + 1-30 min Personal Training Session ($160)

Tier 2-Group sessions + 3-30 min Personal Training Session ($240)

Tier 3-Group sessions + 6-30 min Personal Training Session ($360)

Payments can be made in full or split into two payments for whichever tier you would choose.  All personal training sessions must be used during the 6-week barbell course.   If you would like to reserve your spot please email us at [email protected] stating which session and tier you want to participate in and whether you want to do a full or partial payment.
