Introducing our New Gymnastics Semi-Private Courses

Just like most things in 2020, COVID cancelled our annual gymnastics course at Arsenal. Determined to figure out a way to reschedule the course and make it work in a safe environment, I decided on shifting the focus to semi-private training would be the best option. Not only will this help keep you guys distant and safe, but it will also allow for a ton of 1-on-1 attention. The courses will meet two times per week over the course of a 4 week period (8 sessions).

Due to the small group nature all sessions will be capped at 4 members (Active Members Only for now).

Here are the full details of the first two sessions!

PRICE–$160/person

Session 1 (Beginner Pressing and Positions)

September 14th-October 7th

5pm-5:45pm

This 4-week semi-private training course is designed for anyone looking to overcome the fear of being inverted and guide you along your way towards handstand push-ups, healthy and happier shoulders, and eventually handstand walks.

What you can expect to learn:

-Better positioning being inverted from a pike, headstand, and handstand.

-Accessory and Mobility work that will not only improve your pressing but keep your shoulders healthier long-term.

-How to maximize your tension through your entire body.

-Proper technique for push-ups and dips

-Lots of core accessory that makes everything better πŸ™‚

Session 2 (Advanced Pulling and Positions)

September 15th-October 8th

7:30-8:15pm

This 4-week semi-private training course is designed for members who are already comfortable with their pulling gymnastics (Should be able to do some Kipping pull-ups and T2B).  We will touch base on how to perform bigger sets, tweak technique and positions to maximize tension, and develop new higher level skills (MU, Butterfly).

What you can expect to learn:

-Better positioning in your Superman and Hollow Arch.

-Accessory and Mobility work that will not only improve your pulling but keep your shoulders healthier long-term.

-Ability to keep tension through your body while moving through space.

-Tips and Tricks to improve efficiency

-Lots of core accessory that makes everything better πŸ™‚
