My first impression was that you had to be in stellar shape to even start and that first impression has evolved by learning that you become stronger and more fit as you go.
My favorite part is a tie between the camaraderie and the way it can apply to any situation; I am in a notoriously high stress job, and it has helped me big time.
Since starting CrossFit I have learned that the girl I thought was gone is still very much there. I have grown by finding confidence in myself and dropping time without actively training for races.”
