Our first reaction to this workout was…barf! As if regular Elizabeth wasn’t bad enough. Add some heavy dumbbells in there, and now it’s a party.

Time to complete the Workout.

WOD Goal

The total load is roughly the same as barbell Elizabeth (for B’Rxd), but that doesn’t account for the change in stimulus due to the dumbbells. So, comparing your times against regular Elizabeth may not mean much.
