Burpee over bar (facing)
Rest 5 minutes
Overhead Squat (135/95)
Lateral Burpee over bar
NOTE: Both of these workouts should be under 5 minutes. All barbell sets need to be unbroken, if that means you need to lower the weight, do so in order to go faster.
