Today is a heavy Back Squat day. We are going to prep using some Pause Squats and allow a decent amount of time for you to warm up to your starting weight. We haven’t included a Finisher today. We want to keep the focus on the Back Squats.
Score all 7 sets of 2.
The goal is to hold the same weight across all 7 sets and to take minimal rest. This would ideally be between 90-95% of your 1RM. Use that percentage as a rough guideline.
