Taking it back to 2002, a workout designed and tested by OG CrossFitters! We are testing muscular endurance and stamina. Athletes should only select the Rx level if they have more than 5 unbroken Kipping Pull-ups and have previously completed more 30 GHD Sit-ups in a workout!

RX PLUS

Complete 40 intervals of 20 seconds of work, followed by 10 seconds of rest:
Intervals 1-8: Squat
Intervals 9-16: GHD Sit-up
Intervals 17-24: Pull-up
Intervals 25-32: Push Press
Intervals 33-40: Row

This workout is scored by the total repetitions completed from all 40 intervals.

RX

Intervals 17-24: Strict Banded Pull-up
Intervals 25-32: Push Press
Intervals 33-40: Row

FIT

Complete 40 intervals of 20 seconds of work, followed by 10 seconds of rest:
Intervals 1-8: Squat
Intervals 9-16: Sit-up
Intervals 17-24: Jumping Pull-up
Intervals 25-32: Push Press
Intervals 33-40: Row
