2021 Kick Start Program

Prioritizing your health and fitness can sometimes take a backseat for many reasons:

These are a few that we hear all the time, and we get it! 

If you’re ready to start something new or looking to get back in the gym after taking a break, we can help you set those excuses aside and prioritize your health fitness.

Our 2021 Kick Start program gets underway Tuesday, April 6. It is an 8-week program that begins with two weeks of private beginner-friendly classes designed to introduce you to your new workout routine, classmates, and coaches.  

HERE’S HOW IT WORKS:

  • Initial 1:1 meeting with a coach to discuss goals and design a personalized plan for success
  • 3x Inbody biometric scans to track lean muscle and body fat percentages
  • 4x Private small group beginner classes
  • 3x Weekly group classes 
  • 2x Accountability check-ins 
  • Access to our workout tracker

WHEN ARE CLASSES? 

Kick Start Schedule (First two weeks) 

Session 1: 7:30-8:30 pm – Tuesday, April 6

Session 2: 7:30-8:30 pm – Thursday, April 8

Session 3: 7:30-8:30 pm – Tuesday, April 13

Session 4: 7:30-8:30 pm – Thursday, April 15

After completing all four Kick Start sessions, participants will be ready to begin taking any of our regularly scheduled group classes for the remaining six weeks.
