1lb ground turkey
1/3 c almond meal
2 garlic cloves, minced or pressed.
1/4 of a white onion chopped (approx 1/4 c)
2/3 c hot sauce
1/2 c butter
1/4t of Worcestershire
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1tbs white vinegar
Blue cheese dressing
1. Preheat oven to 425°
2. Add ground meat, almond meal, egg, onion, garlic, cayenne, salt and pepper.
3. With wet hands (or hands sprayed with cooking spray), work mixture just until combined. Roll into balls about 1/4 of a cup in size and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Brown meatballs for 5-7 minutes.
4. Meanwhile in a small saucepan on low heat, combine all ingredients for buffalo sauce. Stir until combined.
5. Add meatballs to slow cooker set to low. Pour buffalo sauce over meatballs. Stir and cook for 2 hours.
