How it works:
- Seven week challenge (January 9 – February 27)
- Includes nutrition workshop at the start of the challenge
- Weekly check-in with your coach (Laura)
- Pre and post benchmark workout
- Pre and post measurements (body fat percentage)
- Pre and post photos
- Prizes for 1st, 2nd and 3rd place
The winner is based on:
- Body Fat percentage lost – 50%.
- Improvement in workout reps – 25%
- Class Attendance – 25%

On Jan. 9th, we will do the body fat measurements and photos from 9:00 to 9:30 am. Nutrition workshop from 9:30 to 10:15 am. Workout from 10:15 to 11:00 am.
