WHAT IS IT?
Our Olympic weightlifting course is a four-week program dedicated to developing strength and proficiency in barbell movements. Classes will focus solely on main lifts like the snatch, clean, squat, and press, as well as accessory movements designed to increase strength and build lean muscle.
No conditioning – just lifting.
WHEN IS IT?
Tuesdays & Thursdays 7:30-8:30 pm
May 4 – May 27
$120 for members
$200 for non-members
