The box jumps are pretty high on this one, which is ok! The eight reps will take the longest out of the three movements, but you should be able to race through the deadlifts and the toes to bar no problem. Aim to get through 3 rounds in each 5min AMRAP.

NOTE: Goal is at least the first round of deadlifts unbroken. Scale the weight, if necessary, so this is possible.
