Gymnastics task/time priority combo today. We call these ‘combo’ workouts because there are two fixed components vs. just one. Both the task and time are fixed, with the rest time determined by the athlete. We like these types of Workouts because they encourage people to get a certain amount of work done within a given timeframe, usually more work than they would have done if it was simply a task priority workout.

Scoring

Completed or not completed.

WOD Goal

Today the goal is to get through the workout as close to Rxd as possible. If you are on the cusp of having unbroken Strict Handstand Pushups challenge yourself to at least start the workout as Rxd, and if you start losing your Pushups, you can reduce the numbers as needed.

Beyond RXD

For quality:
Pull-up complex
5 strict, 5 kipping, 5 chest to bar, 5 bar muscle ups

NOTE: Take 4 attempts to get as far into the complex as possible without coming off the bar.
