This is a fun one! It is a lot of reps so the total weight you are going to use isn’t going to be that heavy. Use the first 2 sets to get a feel for how much weight you can handle during the workout. After you understand the stimulus, you can go little heavier each round for the last three rounds. Even if it is only by a couple of lbs each time!
