Strength: Similar strength work as last week except the loads should be slightly heavier for the jerk. Even minutes athletes will practice small sets of T2B in preparation for the workout.
Metcon: Repeat benchmark workout. Loading for snatches must be light to allow for consistent work pace. The intent is manage grip-fatigue with higher-skill movements and stay consistent for all sets. Scores will range from 4-7 rounds.
