Strength: Make sure you record your scores today! You will need these numbers down the road. Athletes can use any style they are most comfortable with. Stay vertical with your dip/drive phase of the lift.
Metcon: Should be a sprint and people should be able to perform big sets on wallballs. Times will range from 6-8:00. Many of you may have done this workout before, but remember the total volume is 150 double unders/75 wall-balls. Try to complete wall-balls in two sets or less.
