In addition to all the amazing workouts we have in store for May, you all are in for a very special treat! The first annual “Arsenal May Madness Beach Bod Finishers.”
Through May, we will see FOUR finishers a week. Here’s the deal…everyone loves a good finisher and the hallmarks of a good finisher are as follows: Pump, Music, Pump, Music. We will deliver the pump in spades. Your May finishers will get the guns, buns, and guts ready for the beach no matter how near or far you are from getting your toes in the sand. If we ever run out of time to get to the finishers during class we encourage you all to stick around for an extra 10 minutes and finish them on your own!
