OUR classes


This 60-minute class is high-intensity training at it’s finest. Workouts combine everything from cardio and bodyweight movements to barbell and kettlebell exercises. Every day brings something new, so get ready to get after it!


Improve conditioning and endurance in a 45-minute group setting by focusing on running, biking, and rowing. Each class features a structured warm-up followed by a fun cardio-focused workout to increase aerobic capacity and promote a big caloric burn.


Features traditional bodybuilding principles and functional movement to develop strength, build lean muscle, and increase motor control. These 45-minute classes are perfect for anyone looking for a structured strength program to compliment our general fitness Metcon classes.


*Completion of our 1-on-1 On-Ramp program is required prior to participating.
