CrossFit - Arsenal Rebuild

This class is high-intensity training at it's finest. Workouts combine everything from cardio and bodyweight movements to barbell and kettlebell exercises. Every day brings something new, so get ready to get after it! *Completion of our 1-on-1 On-Ramp program is required prior to participating.


Arsenal Bootcamp classes offer a fun and challenging combination of exercises including bodyweight exercises, dumbbell, and kettlebell movements, as well as a focus on core strength and cardio conditioning. *No prerequisites required to begin.
