Individual Coaching for Individual Athletes

Coaching is the foundation of what we do at Arsenal. 

Working closely with clients is what allows us to get them from point A to point B.

The reason we ask new Arsenal members to work individually with a coach before jumping into group classes is that we understand that personal training is the fastest way to develop a skill. 

The majority of coaching that athletes receive at Arsenal is in the form of group classes. These are ideal for most people because they can receive a professional level of coaching at a lower rate than working 1-on-1 and group classes are great for coaches because they allow us to work with the greatest number of people.

The trouble with group classes is that there often isn’t enough time for coaches to focus on each individual as much as they might like. 

Raise your hand if a coach has given you a cue in class that you wish you had more time to work on with them✋. 

This is especially true when it comes to high skill modalities like gymnastics and Olympic weightlifting. 

Many of you are familiar with the specialty courses we’ve done in the past and have made huge strides in your technique and abilities. 

As coaches, we are constantly asking, “what is best for our clients?”

How can we make them better athletes?

How can we provide a better service?

How can we make sure they are getting everything they need to succeed?

When we sat down to plan out this year’s Barbell course we did so with the intent to make it better than it’s ever been before. 

After weeks of discussion, it became clear that the best way to make this happen was to ensure everyone receives our highest level of service possible.

To give you more individual attention. More 1-on-1 coaching. More opportunities to allow athletes and coaches to work intimately with each other to produce the greatest results possible.

That’s why this year we are giving athletes the ability to choose between one, three, or six 30-minute private training sessions throughout the course in addition to their two classes per week.

Tier 1-Group sessions + 1-30 min Personal Training Session ($160)

Tier 2-Group sessions + 3-30 min Personal Training Session ($240)

Tier 3-Group sessions + 6-30 min Personal Training Session ($360)

Tuesday & Thursday 6:30-7:30 AM

Session 2 (Limited to 12 spots)

Tuesday & Thursday 10:00-11:00 AM

Session 3 (Limited to 12 spots)

Tuesday & Thursday 7:30-8:30 PM
