The Snatch and Clean & Jerk bring speed, power, coordination and mobility to your strength training. While they are definitely the most fun lifts we do they also require the most technique. And for those looking to really improve their lifts, it’s important to practice them outside of our daily programming. So with that in mind it is our pleasure to offer you our next specialty program – Arsenal Barbell!
WHAT WILL THIS PROGRAM LOOK LIKE?
This is a six week specialty course built to improve your technique and develop your strength in the Snatch and Clean & Jerk.
March 6 – April 15
Mondays & Wednesdays 7:30-8:30 PM
Saturdays 10:00-11:00 AM

Pulls from positions
Video analysis and feedback with Coaches every class
Clean & Jerk – 5 x 2+1 (2 Cleans + 1 Jerk)
Clean Pull – 3 x 3
Back Squat – 3 x 5
*This program is meant to focus on developing technique and strength so with that in mind there will be no conditioning workouts in this specialty course.
