We’re giving the legs a break today! For Rxd Plus and Rxd this should be more of a hard technical gymnastics workout rather than a ‘sweaty’ workout. This should challenge your gymnastics strength endurance rather than your metabolic conditioning.

For the FIT version guys and gals, this workout should be about getting sweaty and pushing your fitness boundaries. Still use loads and modifications that make 5 reps of each movement challenging, but because the movements don’t require a ton of skill, you should be able to move through faster.
