The Pullups are going to be challenging for most people. We want to try preserve the stimulus by having you scale the Pullup to whatever you need to to be able to do them unbroken.You can mix and match during the workout; scale the movement earlier with larger sets, and then as the reps decrease start to do smaller sets of Kipping Pullups unbroken.
